We all went on a 3 hour snorkeling boat trip today in Pompano Beach! Grayson and I snorkeled with about 15 other people and Jeff & Aleigha stayed on the boat. She had a blast though making friends with the boat captain and driver. They loved her and entertained her while we were at the two snorkeling spots. We took tons of pics but Jeff has to go through all of them before I download them. Grayson loved it and saw a "Carpet Shark" at the bottom when we were out snorkeling and then the Captain fed the shark and he just came up to him and petted the shark. It was about 5 ft long and they are not dangerous and no sharp teeth.
Then they let Grayson and Aleigha help drive the boat so they both thought they were the bomb! Grayson was the only kid snorkeling but he did very good. Each stop was about 45 min and you could go and come back as much as you wanted while the boat anchored. I think everyone is exhausted tonight though!! It was definitely a great experience and I'm glad Grayson enjoyed it and is old enough to remember it. I'll post pics later....
